To help you locate your photos within an event album, My Picture Gallery may request that you upload an image — such as a selfie or a photo from your device. The uploaded image is used exclusively to analyze, compare, and match against photos already stored in the event album you are searching.
We do not store your uploaded image. All images provided for facial recognition or matching are processed temporarily and are automatically discarded immediately after processing. No biometric templates, faceprints, or persistent identifiers are created or retained.
By uploading an image for search or recognition, you grant My Picture Gallery permission to process the image solely for the purpose of performing the requested match. Facial recognition data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or expressly authorized by the account holder.
Although we work to provide accurate results, facial recognition technology is not perfect. Matches are not guaranteed to be correct and may include images of individuals who resemble, but are not, the user. My Picture Gallery is not responsible for misidentifications or inaccuracies arising from the recognition process.
We rely on a third-party payment processor to handle all credit and debit card transactions. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details. All payment information is entered directly on the payment processor's secure platform and is subject to their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance.
